Panchami Thomas is a board-certified Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), graduated from the University of South Alabama. She has extensive experience treating psychiatric patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Panchami Thomas DNP PMHNP-BC currently maintains private practices in Brandon and Lakeland, providing compassionate care through medication management and psychotherapy services.

Katherine Padinjath is a board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) who graduated from Florida Southern College, Lakeland. She is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that supports the whole person—body, mind, and spirit.
Katherine emphasizes open communication, trust, and individualized treatment plans.
Ms Katherine specializes in the diagnosis, treatment and management of range of mental health conditions including, Depression, Anxiety, Mood disorders and trauma related concerns. Whether you’re seeking routine care or managing a complex health issue, Katherine is here to listen, guide and support every step of the way.

Sibil Elavumkal is a Board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse practitioner ( PMHNP-BC) graduated from Chamberlaiiversity, Chicago.
She brings a strong clinical foundation, nursing care and compassionate approach to mental health, and a deep commitment to patient-centered care. With experience in managing a wide range of psychiatric conditions across diverse populations, Ms. Sibil focuses on evidence-based treatment, thoughtful medication management and supportive therapeutic
